INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a)The number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be at least 05 years.(b)Having Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 01(one) Number of 4 (Four) storied RCC Building with RCC Pre-cast Pile foundation Work including Civil, Sanitary, Internal Electrification, lift, generator, sub-station and ancillary works worth not less than Tk 1370.00 lakh in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. (c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(five) years of Tk. 1830.00 lakh. (d) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk 305.00 lakh in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW 3-7) in Original form which must be unconditional (e) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum Tk 1375.00 lakh (f) The Tenderer must submit an authorization letter (ePG-5 form) from the manufacturing company or the sole agent/Distributor in Bangladesh of the company for the proposed Brand of Lift, Sub-station, Generator, Solar system & Air Cooler (g)The Tenderer must enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date ABC and supervisory License of his own from Electrical Licensing Board, GOB (h) The tenderer must comply with eligibility and qualification criteria mentioned in details in the Tender Data sheet Particular conditions of contracts & Drawing section ( Section 2 ,4 & 9 in the Document Tab). (i) Time Bound work plan in Bar chart |
