INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (Ten) years of general experience.
b) Tenderer shall have experience in the successful completion of at least 1(one) number of Building Construction works worth not less than Tk 1000.00 (one thousand ) lakh only in a single work order in Govt. / Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
c) The required average annual construction turnover must be greater than Tk 2500 (Two Thousand Five Hundred) Lakh only during the last 5(five) years. Necessary supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered to calculate the Average Annual Construction Turnover.
d) The tenderer must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 425.00 ( Four Hundred twenty-Five) Lakh only.
e) The tenderer must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License, ABC and Electrical Supervisory License etc
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the tender datasheet of tender documents. (time will be counted for experience, turnover, etc., backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
g) If the total value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.
h) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 1300.00 (Thirteen hundred) lakh |
