This invitation for tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: a. Reputed Construction firms who have minimum 3 years of General experience in building construction works, (b) Having Experience in successful completion of at least 1 number of building work of Tk. 5 core in a single work order in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/Public Private Partnership (PPP) Organization of Bangladesh during last 3 years, (c) A Joint Venture or Consortium firm shall be allowed, (d) No Overwriting and Erasing will be Accepted, (e) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over during last three years of Tk. 7 corer only., (f) Certificate for Bank Credit Limit Tk. 5 Crore, (g) Valid TIN/VAT and Tax Payment Certificate, (h) Construction firms having experience or enlisted with PWD/LGED & other government engineering organization, (i) Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of Tender Documents. |
