INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works (Electro-mechanical works) as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 8 years. b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 02 contracts of similar nature [Substation with HT & LT Cable , Generator with ATS & Canopy,On Grid Solar Panel,CCTV, Air Cooler ,Fire Protection system, Lightening Arrester, Pump Motor Set,Wifi/Computer Networking System ] successfully completed within the last 3 years, with a value of at least Tk. 190 Lakh [Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 200 Lakh over the last 3 years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 100 Lakh --a. Supporting documents of financial capacity which are generated posterior to the date of publication of this tender will only be accepted. b. In case of credit facility (i.e. line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank is advised to use the Form Form PW2a-3 (enclosed in section-9, Drawing) prescribed in the Standard Tender Document PW2a.
