INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper)
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in constructin works of contract(s) of similar nature as Building construction works successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk.120.00 Lac (One hundred twenty Lac ) in a single contract in Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomus organization of Bangladesh. i) in case of the work done under PWD the certifying & authenticating authority shall be concerned EE, ii) in case of the work done under any Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous organization other than PWD , the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of EE and the same duly verified by the concerned EE of PWD of that district.
3 The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 300.00 (TK Three hundred lac Only) lac over the last 05 years.
4 The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 100.00 lac (TK One hundred lac Only)
5 The minimum tender capacity shall be: TK120.00 lac(TK One hundred twenty lac Only)
6 Tenderer must have Up-to-date Trade Licence Certificate, up-to-date Income tax certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate
7 Tenderer must have to submit Up to date ABC license and supervisory license
from the electrical licensing board |
