INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for tenders is open to all eligible Tender as mentioned below:
a. Reputed Construction firm who have minimum 10 (ten) years of General experience in building construction works.
b. Having Experience in successful completion of at least 1 (One) number of Multistoried Building works of Tk. 10.50 (Ten and Half) core in a single work order in Government/ Semi-Government Autonomous body/ Public Private Partnership (PPP) Organization/ GOB Project Sub-Contract of Bangladesh during last 10 (Ten) years.
c. A Joint Venture of Construction firm shall be allowed.
d. The Tender shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover be best Five (5) years during the last 10 (Ten) years of Tk. 14 (Fourteen) core only.
e. Certificate for Bank Credit Limit Tk. 3.5 ( Three and Half) Crore as Liquid Asset.
f. Valid TIN/VAT and Tax Payment Certificate
g. Construction firms having enlisted with PWD/LGED & Electrification Board ABC License.
h. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of Tender Documents.
