Along with other terms specified in the schedule, the tenderers shall have the following minimum level of experience to qualify for the performance of the non-Consultant Service under the Contract:
i)The minimum specific experiences shall be 3(three) years in cleaning services at KPI/Railway station/Airport/Hospital/Five Star Hotel/ Offices/Shopping Mall having minimum 2 (two) lac square feet of floor areas (including toilets) (Agreement to be submitted).
ii)Satisfactory completion of similar nature of services with minimum TK 9.5 (Nine point Five) Crore for package-01, 4.5 (Four point Five) Crore for package-02 and 5 (Five) Crore for package-03 under maximum 1(One) contract over the last 3 (three) years.
iii)The Tenderer shall have availability of minimum liquid assets or working capitals or credit facilities from a Schedule Bank not less than taka 2.5 (Two point Five) Crore for package-01, 1 (One) Crore for package-02 and 1.5 (One point Five) Crore for package-03 (Document should be submitted)
iv)The average annual turnover should be minimum TK. 3 (Three) Crore for package-01, 1.5 (One point Five) Crore for package-02 and 1.8 (One point Eight) Crore for package-03 in the best 3 years over the last 5 years (Document should be submitted) |
