| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

"(a) Minimum experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor for 05 (five) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant cleaning Service of at least ONE contract (engaging at least Sixty cleaner) of similar nature completed over a continuous period of two (2) years [with a monthly value of at least of Tk.6,00,000/- (Six Lac) only.] in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization/private bank/hospital of Bangladesh during last Five (5) years shall be required.
(c) VAT and IT clearance certificates against similar nature of works as described on (b) according to appendix-f format of tender document.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 10(Ten) Lac.
