a. Minimum 05 years overall experience in the construction works as Prime Contractor.
b. Completed at least one Civil Work in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization in the last 05 years preceding the date of submission of tender as Prime Contractor of minimum value: Tk. 60.00 lakh in a single work order.
c. Minimum average annual construction turnover in the last 05 years (best 3 years would be accounted for) preceding the date of submission of tender shall be: greater than Tk.90.00 lakh.
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be: Tk. 40.00 lakh. |
