INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction
works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or
Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) number works of RCC
frame structure 06 (six) storied building successfully completed in a single contract in
Government / SemiGovernment / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last
05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 1500.00 Lac under a single contract or tender
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.4500.00
Lac in the last 5 years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer
shall be of Tk.625.00 Lac . If tenderer submit liquid asset document, he must be declared
an unconditional statement over through bank that tenderer will expends that liquid asset for
the execution of that particular work (Name of the work) as attach TDS section SL. 7.
Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and
submission date of the tender in e-GP.
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 1900.00 Lac.
(f) Tenderers may participate in the Tender as JVCA. Maximum number of partners in the
JV shall not be more than 3. (g)Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10
percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. (h)The
tenderer must posses:i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate ii) Valid VAT
registration certificate.iii) Up-to-date trade license iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor
and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB. Minimum 1500 sqm shuttering materials required.All other |
