Similar works Experience: A satisfactory completion in construction works of similar nature (Building Construction) under a single contrac of at least Tk 140.00 (One hundred fourty) lakh as prime contractor under any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization under single contract over a period of last 05 (five) years ; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper;
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 250 (Two hundred fifty) lakh over the last 05 (five) years;
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 100.00 Lakh;
The minimum Tender capacity shall be: 175.00 Lakh;
The amount of the Tender Security shall be TK 6.00 (Six) lakh;
