INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant :
A) Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have Minimum 5 Years of General Experience in Construction Works.
B) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01(One) contract of RCC frame structure building construction work successfully completed within the last 10(Ten) years with a value of at least Tk. 10.00 Crore (Ten Crore); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
C) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 17.50 Crore (seventeen point five Crore) over the last 5 (Five) financial years or best 5(Five) years in the last 10(Ten) financial year. Payment certificates must be submitted along with the tender in favor of construction turnover.
D) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them of the Tenderers shall be Tk 5.0 Crore (Five Crore). Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5: Tender & contract form (Form e- PW3-8)
E) The minimum Tender capacity shall be 12.50 (Twelve Point Five Zero) Crore.
F) The Tenderer must Possess:
(i) Up to date Trade License.(ii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate from Concerned Office.(iii) Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.(iv) Up to date ABC Contractory and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board.
G) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender as shown in section- 2 & section-4 to tender Document. |
