INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector at least one (1) contract of Similar nature of work (Green Park or arboriculture work) of BDT 1.6 (One crore Sixty Lakh) Crore in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 2.00 (Two crore) Crore over the last five (5) financial years.
(d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1.35 (One crore Thirty-Five Lakh) Crore .
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 2.00 (Two) crore.
(f) The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
i. TIN certificate;
ii. Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year as mentioned in the TDS; and
iii. Value Added Tax registration certificate/ Business Identification Number.
iv) Work plan
