INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. General Experience: At least 3 years of general experience in construction work (as Prime Contractor, Subcontractor, or Management Contractor).
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least [01] contract of road construction/maintenance successfully completed within the last [03] years, each with a value of at least Tk. 80,00,000/-.
3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 1,80,00,000/- over the last best [03] years in the last [05] financial years.
4. Required Liquid Assets: The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 80 Lac.
5. Required Tender Capacity: A minimum amount of tender capacity of Tk. 75 Lac.
6. Tenderer must have a valid and up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration, and Tax Certificate.
7. Tenderer shall strictly follow the Specification, Drawings, Bill of Quantities, and other documents uploaded; the signed and submitted version of the Specification/drawings shall be considered final.
8. If the Tenderer fails to submit any document required for Tender evaluation, the Tender will be treated as non-responsive.
9. After Tender opening, if any document required for evaluation is found missing (not uploaded or not submitted), the Tender shall be declared non-responsive
10. Retention money shall be deducted from payments to the Contractor / Tenderer as specified in the TDS. |
