INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

A. The Tenderer shall have
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be [05] years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least [01] contract of Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Protection System and Fire Detection System successfully completed within the last [05] years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1700 (Seventeen hundred) Lakh only.
3. Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3400.00(Three thousand four hundred) Lac within the last 05 years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1200.00(Twelve hundred) Lac.(in prescribed form of STD from any scheduled bank.)
5.The minimum Tender capacity shall be: TK. 2500.00 (Twenty-Five hundred) lac only.

If any condition is not fulfilled and documents are not submitted along with the tender, the tenderer will be non-responsive. |
