INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub contractor or Management Contractor shall be 5(five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
b. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub contractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1(one) contract of 1(one) no RCC framed structure building construction works successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least tk 19.50 (Nineteen point five) crore. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Documents must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(b).
c. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than tk 29.00(Twenty nine) crore over the best 3(three) years in the last 5(five) financial years or the best 5(five) years in the last 10(ten) financial years. Documents must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(c)
d. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 6.50(Six point five) crore. Documents must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1(d).
e. The minimum tender capacity shall be tk 27.00(Twenty seven) crore.
f. The Tenderer must submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Electrical contractor and ABC Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electricity Licensing Board.
g. All other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender
h. The PE reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders and no claims will be accepted in this regard |
