INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to al eligible Tenderers as mentioned below
:
1. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the
construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management.
Contractor Shal be 5 (Five) years. Years counting backward from the date of
publication of IFT.
2. Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or
Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of
minimum 02 (Two) storied Building with minimum 04 (Four) Storied Foundation
of R.C.C. building construction including civil, internal sanitary and internal
electrification with similar remaining works of BDT 1.40 crore in a single
contract within last 5(five) years in any Government/Semi
Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. Years counting
backward from the date of publication of IFT.
3. The tenderers shal have a minimum average annual construction turnover
over the best three (3) years of last five (5) years of BDT 1 Crore. Payment
certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be
submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of
the tenderer shal be BDT 2 Crore. Document submitted along with the tender
must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
5. The minimum tender capacity shal be BDT 1.40 Crore.
6. The tenderer must possess: Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, Valid
VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license, Up-to-date ABC
category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board. |
