| Reference Description | : | This is to notify you that your tender 25-Feb-2026 for the execution of the Works for River Bank Protection work of left and right bank of Gumti River in Burichang, Debidwar, Daudkandi and Muradnagar Upazilla of Comilla District under the project of "Bangladesh Sustainable Recovery, Emergency Preparedness and Response Project (B-STRONG) (BWDB Part)" in BWDB Comilla WD Division. for the Contract Price of BDT Tk. 184445268.137 (Taka EIGHTEEN CRORE FORTYFOUR LAKH FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY-EIGHT POINT ONE THREE SEVEN) as evaluated in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers, has been approved by the competent authority. You are, thus, requested to take following actions. Furnish a Performance Security in the specified format and in the amount of Tk. 9222263.40 (Taka NINETY-TWO LAKH TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY-THREE POINT FOUR) , within (10) working days of issuance of this letter but not later than 01-Jul-2026 in accordance with ITT Clause . sign the Contract within TWENTY-ONE (21) Days of issuance of this letter but no later than 08-Jul-2026in accordance with ITT Clause. You may proceed with the execution of the Works only upon completion of the above tasks. You may also please note that this Notification of Award shall constitute the formation of this Contract which shall become binding upon you. |
