INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Along with other terms specified in the schedule, the tenderers shall have the following minimum level of experience to qualify for the performance of the Service under the Contract:
1. Up-to-date Trade License.
2. VAT Registration/BIN Certificate.
3. Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate or acknowledgement receipt of the latest return copy.
4. Tender document purchased receipt is required to be attached while submitting the tender.
5. A company profile including details of registration, management, infrastructure and staff status.
6. Company Profile with Registration and Experience: The bidder must be a legally registered entity with at least 02 (Two) years of experience in ticketing and or payment solutions;
Proof required (a) Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent business registration documents (b) Company profile detailing relevant years of operation (c) Reference to similar completed projects including client’s details and duration;
7. Financial Capacity: The bidder must demonstrate the financial ability to execute the project, with a minimum average annual revenue of at least USD 0.5 (Point five) million or equivalent BDT of the last 03 (three) years.
Proof required: (a) Audited Financial Statements of last 03 (three) years (b) Letter from a certified Auditor or accountant confirming turnover;
8. OEM Requirements: The Contactless Readers and Fare Collection Gates must be sourced from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
Proof required (a) Self declaration on company letterhead confirming OEM status (b) Product Data Sheets and Manufacturing Certificates (c) ISO certifications related to production (if available).
