Under Tender Schedule Section 7: Technical Specification and Special Terms & Condition’s below clauses to be read as follows instead of existing entries:
1) Clause No.: 15.3.2.: If the manufacturer dose not have experience in manufacturing and supplying such Condenser to Ammonia refrigeration (99.6% NH3) process plants at least three countries other than the manufacture’s home country.
2) Clause No.: 16.1.2.: Who have experience in supplying such Condenser to Ammonia refrigeration (99.6% NH3) process plants at least three countries other than the manufacture’s home country. The manufacturer confirmation letter must be submitted for supplied Condenser will be satisfactory service at least 10 years.
3) Clause No.: 16.5 : Country of origin, Name of manufacturer and Port of Shipment must be mentioned along with technical offer. Country of Manufacturing and Port of Shipment must be same country. If sea port is not available in the manufacturing country in that case shipment may be done from the adjacent country.
4) Clause No.: 16.7 : All tender documents should be in original. Photo copy documents shall not be allowed. Email/ Fax copy documents shall be allowed.
5) Clause No.: 16.8 : Country of Manufacturer : USA/Canada/ Austria/ Germany/ UK/ France and Japan.
6) Under Section 05; Price Schedule for Goods, Note: Point No.01 to be read as “Country of Manufacturer: USA/Canada/ Austria/ Germany/ UK/ France and Japan” instead of existing entries.
All other terms & conditions will remain unchanged and this corrigendum notice will be an integral part of the Tender.
