INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
• The tenderer shall have a minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in event management and related service to the Government/multinational companies/private entities;
• The Tenderers shall have the experience of at least 03 (Three) Govt. contract successfully completed within last 03 (three) years' worth Taka 50,00,000 (Fifty Lac)
• The Tenderers shall have the experience of organizing event for foreign delegates in Bangladesh
• The tenderer shall have updated trade license and tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate and TIN certificate;
• Tenderers shall have valid Bank account and minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit lines shall be Taka 50,00,000 (Fifty) lac.
• Must have audit report of the previous 3 years &Yearly turnover of the firm shall be at least Tk. 1 (One) core.
• Other eligibility and qualification criteria outlined in the tender documents.
