INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be minimum 05 years.
b) The minimum specific experience will be at least 01 contract of similar nature have successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 245 Lacs under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (in case of Private Organization, the Certificate shall be given by an owner of that Organization) other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The Tenderer must possess: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate. (iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 277 Lacs.
e) Average Annual Turnover has to be BDT 300.00 lac during last 5 Years.
f) Manufacturer's authorization /Dealership /Agencyship Certificate and all other certifications mentioned/posted in the documents section, have to be submitted in the designated fields.
All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions mentioned/ posted in the ITT, GCC , Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents have to be submitted in the designated fields. |
