INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) General experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 years.
b) Minimum specific experience of at least 01 (One) contract for supply and Installations of Sub-Station and Generator successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 190 lac in Govt/ Semi-Govt/ Autonomous Bodies/ Private Org. in Bangladesh.
i. In case of the work was done under PWD the above certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii. In case of the work was done under any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous Bodies/ Private organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer (owner/ client/ user for Private Org.) and the same shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of PWD of the concerned area of execution of work.
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 218 lac. [Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit (As per Standard Format)] Only. issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. details in TDS.
d) Up to date valid Trade license. e) Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory License from electrical Licensing Board.
f) Up to date TIN & VAT Registration certificate with Income tax clearance from the NBR.
g) Authorization as per TDS.
h) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender doc. |
