INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tenderer shall have
1. A minimum of 5 (Five) years of general experience.
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Passenger/ Bed Lift and related services
(Supply, Installation and commissioning of Lift) of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed
within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least TK. 350.00 (Three Hundred Fifty) Lac under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/ Private Organization in
Bangladesh.
i) Work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the concen Executive
Engineer; work done in organization other than PWD shall be verified by Executive Engineer of concerned PWD Division.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 400.00
(Four Hundred) Lac as per STD format solely for this work.
4. A Manufacturer's Authorization Letter is required as per TDS.
5. The tender must possess submit:
(i) TIN Certificate
(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Updated trade license.(FY 2025-2026)
(iv) Updated ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board,
Government of Bangladesh.(FY 2025-2026)
(v) Updated income tax clearance certificate.(FY 2023-2024)
6. Necessary supporting documents must be submitted along with the Tender. All other document as
mentioned in TDS and detail specification of Lift. |
