| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Bonafide EPC contractors on Net Metering Roof-Top Solar PV Power System who are enlisted with SREDA.
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (5) years [counting backward from the date of Tender closing] of overall experience in the role of Contractor and shall be included in the list prepared by SREDA as an EPC contractor on Net Metering Roof-Top Solar PV Power System.
The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in similar to the proposed plant and services in at least two (2) contracts of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 20,00,000.00 (Taka twenty lac) only.
