INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Three (3) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Chemicals) of at least 1 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,40,00,000/- (Taka One Crore Forty Lac only).
c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 1,00,00,000/- (Taka One Crore only) that must be issued not earlier than the date of publication of IFT Notice in the e-GP Website.
d) The Tenderer should have valid updated Trade License, Valid VAT Certificate, Valid TIN Certificate, should be financially solvent (as per TDS), Income Tax payee, shall submit Manufacturer Authorization, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to EGCB Procurement Policy 2015, Rule of Public Procurement Act 2006 and the Public Procurement Rules, 2025.

(1) Years counting backward from the date of Publication of IFT in e-GP web portal.
(2) Successful tenderer shall have to sign a Framework Contract for a period of one (01) year from the Date of "Contract Signing" |
