INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5(five) years.
ii) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of Supply and Installation of similar nature of medical waste management system in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 350.00 (Three hundred and Fifty) Lac in any government/semi government/autonomous/private organization within last 5(five) yeras from the date of IFT.
iii) A minimum supply and/or production capacity of waste management system of the manufacturer of proposed brand shall be 2(two) nos per year over the last 5 (five) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asset of the Tenderers shall be Taka 500.00 (Five hundred) Lac in the form of a letter of commitment for banks undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8) without alternation issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days of the deadline for submission of Tender only.
v) Valid Manufacturer authorization letter for the manufacturer of proposed waste management system (Form e-PG3-6)
vi) Valid sole agent/distributorship agreement with the manufacturer of proposed brand of waste management system.
vii) Assurance certificates for supplying of proposed equipment spare parts for minimum five years from the Manufacturer/authorized Distributor.
viii) Valid up to date IRC (Import Registration certificate)
ix) Assuarance certifiacte for after sales service from the manufacturer/authorized distributor.
x) Has visited and examined the delivery and installation site and its surrouding in presence of PE or PEs representative.
xi) Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & Tender data sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
