INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

"(a) Tenderer shall have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
(b) Tenderer shall have sole agency/distributorship/authorization from manufacturer of the proposed brand Luggage Scanning Machine.
(c) Tenderer shall have NOC/Valid import license from the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Regulatory Authority (BAERA) to import X-Ray Scanner Machine.
(d) Tenderer shall have specific experience for supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the X-ray Baggage/Luggage Scanning Machine installed in any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization/KPI establishments worth not less than Tk. 1.60 crore only in single contracts in the last 05(five) years.
(e) Tenderer shall have experience of maintaining contract for servicing of Luggage scanning machines in any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization in the last 05(five) years.
(f) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 02.00 crore. In case of credit facilities, Bank shall ensure that the above mentioned credit limit will be given if the said work is awarded to the contractor.
(g) The Tenderer shall have to furnish the certificate in this respect from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent and shall meet all other criteria, terms & conditions as specified in the tender documents without which the tender will not be considered. |
