INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the electro-mechanical works shall be five (05) years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in electro-mechanical works of at least 01 (one) contract of a similar nature (medical gas pipeline transmission system) completed within the last five (05) years, with a value of at least Tk. 40.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.
c) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 50.00Lac. The document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued between the publication date and the deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract.
d) Up-to-date, valid Trade License.
e) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate from the NBR with eTIN
f) 13-digit VAT Registration Certificate from the NBR.
g) The Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC/BC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from the Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
g) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS) & Tender Documents. |
