INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1.a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years.
(b) The tenderer shall have specific experience in successful completion of similar nature electrical/electro-mechanical Work (Supply and Installation of Lift) of not less thanTk= 75.00 lac in a single agreement under any Government/Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private organization within the last 5 (five) years from date of publication of IFT. In case of the work done under any Govt. /Semi Govt. /Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
2) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. =100.00 Lac.
3) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate , Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate and Up-to-date valid ABC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
4) The Tenderer shall have IRC certificate for importing foreign equipment & materials.
5) The Tenderer must submit: Manufacturer Authorization, Technical Specification, Operation manual and Catalogue for proposed Lift.
6) In Case of proposed brand other than mentioned in PWD SOR 2022 the Bidder must submit Equivalent Cartificate from PWD EM P&D Zone, Dhaka. Otherwise bidder will be treated as Non-responsive.
7) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in TDS& PCC of this tender
8) Assurance certificate for after sales service and supplying of spare parts for minimum 05 years from the manufactury Authorized distributor. |
