INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

The Tenderer shall have
The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Passenger/Bed/Fire Lift and related service (Supply, Installation and commissioning of Lift) at least 01 contract successfully completed within the last 05 years with a value of at least TK. 400.00 Lac only. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: twice to the proposed supply requirement.
The minimum amount of financial resources as specific credit commitment of the Tenderers shall be Tk 500.00 Lac only in prescribed form of STD from any scheduled bank.
Up to date Valid Trade License. (FY 25-26)
Valid VAT Certificate/ BIN certificate.
Up to date Valid ABC class Electrical contractor and Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh;
Up to date valid income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
Valid Manufacturer's authorization Letter of the proposed lift.
In case of authorization certificate from Distributor/Agency, proper supporting documents from the Manufacturer must be submitted.
2. All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender Data Sheet (TDS), Tender Documents and upload sections (Section-6).
3. If any condition is not fulfilled and documents are not submitted along with the tender, the tenderer will be non-responsive |
