INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Eligibility of Tenderer : : 1. The Tenderer/Bidder should have minimum 08 (Eight) years of experience for delivery of similar office equipment; 2. The Tenderer/Bidder Must have 03 (Three) successful similar product delivery which each value minimum BDT 50 lac including 01 (One) government related work (Must provide Work Order, and Completion Certificate); 3. The Tenderer/Bidder needs to show yearly turnover of at least BDT 50 (Fifty) Lac supported by appropriate documents; 4. The Tenderer/Bidder needs to submit company brochure, area of experience, administrative strength, Key professionals, logistics and financial capacity, general information including legal documents etc.; 5. The Tenderer/Bidder should have valid up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate and Incorporation Certificate; 6. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) is BDT 50 (Fifty) Lac; 7. The bidder/Tenderer must be a membership of BASIS; 8. Needs to submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter (MAL); 9. Needs to submit Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certification; 10. The Firm will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules-2025.
