INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a. The Tenderer/Bidder should have minimum 10 (Ten) years of experience for supply of books and periodicals;
b. The Tenderer/Bidder Must have 03 (Three) Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Offices successful books and periodicals delivery certificate;
c. The Tenderer/Bidder Must have 01 (One) Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Offices work completion certificate, which minimum value BDT 02 (Two) crore within last 05 (Five) years;
d. The Tenderer/Bidder needs to show yearly turnover of at least BDT 01 (One) Crore supported by appropriate documents;
e. The Tenderer/Bidder needs to submit company profiles;
f. The Tenderer/Bidder should have valid up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Bank Solvency Certificate;
g. The Tenderer/Bidder needs to submit up-to-date Bangladesh Booksellers and Sellers Association Member Certificate;
h. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) is BDT 02 (Two) Crore;
i. The Firm will be selected in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules-2025. |
