The Tenderer from all countries except the countries those who have no diplomatic relation with Bangladesh with the following international experience:
(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 10 (ten) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of each group at least 2 contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with the following values of at least BDT.
Group i: Casing & Tubing, Value BDT 1,90,00,000.00
Group II: Drill Bits & Nozzles, Value BDT 1,25,00,000.00
Group III: Wellhead & X-mas Tree, Value BDT 1,70,00,000.00
Group IV: Liner Hanger Setting Tools, Value BDT 2,50,00,000.00
(c) If the tenderer is not the manufacturer himself then the manufacturer must have minimum 10 (ten) years’ experience in manufacturing their offered type of products.
(d) The offered products of the manufacturer have been supplied & in use up to Clients’ (end users’) satisfaction in minimum 2 (two) international operating oil/gas companies outside the country of the manufacturer.
