INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as supplier shall be 5 (five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in similar supply of Escalator successfully completed within the last 5 years, value of at least Tk. 4.75 (Four point Seven five) Crore under a single contract under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body in Bangladesh. i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer. ii) In case of work done under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying Authority shall be the officer of the organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer).
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk 6.65 (Six point Sixt Five) Crore (in the form PG3-8).
5. A Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required as per STD (in the form PG3-6) only from Sole Agent for Escalator.
6. The minimum supply or production capacity of Escalator shall be at least 8 (eight) nos of Escalator in one years.
7. Catalogue and Technical Specifications of Proposed Brand.
8. The tender must possess: i) TIN Certificate, (ii) Valid VAT registration certificate, (iii) Up-to date trade license, (iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB, (v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
9. Details specification attached Section-6 & Tender documents.
All necessary supporting documents and certificates must contain a valid email ID & Phone number otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. |
