INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Tenderer shall have the following qualifications:
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years*.
b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (VRF/ Chiller HVAC System) of at least 1 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 2,20,00,000.00 (Two Crore Twenty Five Lac Only) under public or private sector.
c) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 3,45,00,000.00 (Three Crore Forty Five Lac Only).
d) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
e) Up-to-date ABC/BC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisor license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
f) Income Tax Assessment Year shall be FY 2024-25.
g) Up-to-date VAT registration certificate (BIN).
h) Catalogue & technical specifications of proposed VRF System and related equipment.
i) Other qualifications stated in TDS & PCC.
j) PPA 2006 and PPR 2025 (with all amendments) shall be followed.
* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. |
