INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The consulting firm shall meet the following minimum experience criteria.
I. Background of the firm with a brochure.
ii. Minimum 05 years' experience of the firm for preparation of master plans, different surveys and assessments, preparation of DPP, architectural & engineering design, drawings, estimation of civil works, preparation of IEE, EIA, EMP, SIA reports, and waste management plans; and also have capability in economic and financial viability assessment and reporting on different fields of science and technology sectors.
iii. Specific experience in preparing a feasibility study for a complete road network, DAP preparation, architectural & engineering design, drawings, and estimation of civil works on a town road network under any institute/development authority/UDD of one contract value of at least fifty (50.00) lakh taka.
iv. A summary of the professional qualifications and experience of technical staff with a valid mobile number.
v. Update trade licence, TIN certificate, VAT registration, and annual turnover of the last 3 (three) years of the firm.
vi. Minimum last 3 (three) years audit report of the firm.
vii. For engineering university or gov. institutions (BIM, IIFC, etc.), papers are not mandatory; those are quoted above. |
