The minimum qualifications and experiences:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the ICT Sector. Please submit relevant documents. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of EoI in the Newspaper)
• Please submit the top relevant experience (not more than 5) with the Government of Bangladesh/the Private Sector/any international development partner. Please provide technical details, a work completion certificate, or a URL along with the project brief (if the URL is publicly available).
• Must have a valid Trade license, VAT Identification Number, and TIN certificate
• Must demonstrate the firm’s managerial competencies required to carry out this assignment effectively. (Please provide the necessary documents for proof.)
• Must have the minimum liquid asset of BDT 40 (forty) lac in the last 01 year. Please submit the latest audited financial statements (if applicable) or an unconditional credit line certificate from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh or Bank statement.
• Please submit the available human resource list as per the description of the ToR. [Please provide a list of relevant key personnel as per ToR in the technical competency form. No need to submit a full CV]
• Organization Brochure summarizing the facilities and areas of expertise (Not more than 15 pages) |
