Interested Firms are hereby invited to submit EOI along with the following documents with documentary evidence of the following:
a. The firm should have at least 10 years of experience in providing architectural and engineering consultancy services. Experience should cover both design and site supervision. Similar The firm must have completed at least two (2) similar assignments in the last 10 years. “Similar” means projects of comparable scale and complexity – i.e., high-rise institutional or academic buildings, including full design and supervision service. c. The firm should demonstrate experience in projects of cumulative construction value of at least BDT 400 crore in the public sector to ensure familiarity with project management. d.The firm should have in-house (or readily available) expertise across all required disciplines: architecture, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and construction management. If some specialized expertise is not in-house, the firm should propose sub-consultants or specialists as part of their team. e.A track record of delivering designs compliant with both international and national building codes is required. The firm must demonstrate knowledge of the Bangladesh National Building Code BNBC 2020 and familiarity with the Bangladeshi construction environment. Possession of quality management certifications or professional awards will be considered an advantage. The firm should be in stable financial condition, with annual turnover aligned to services. It should have managerial capacity – the ability to manage a multidisciplinary Team. g. Joint Ventures/Consortiums: Joint ventures are allowed (subject to PPR-2025). In case of a JV, the lead firm must meet a majority of the experience criteria, and each partner should have at least 10 years of experience in relevant services. The JV agreement must clearly define roles. |

The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all EOI’s.
