| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Responsible to the respective Component Director engaged in Component 2 and Project
Director of TARAPS.
• Preparation of periodic and annual reports.
• Analysis of agricultural support and subsidies and so forth.
• Assistance in formulating relevant policies, frameworks, and guidelines.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Component Lead and Project Director
(PD) of TARAPS or required to fulfill the services. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

Educational Qualifications:
• Minimum Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Economics, Agri-Business
Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Science or a related
field.
• Advanced Degrees will be preferred.
Experiences:
• Minimum 05 years of experience in agricultural policy planning related area.
• Experience in subsidy management, and support measures planning and
implementation will be added advantage.
• Prominent level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented in fulfilling responsibilities.
• Advanced computer & ICT literacy and skills (MS office and other essential computer
& ICT skills, etc). |
