INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |

the main objective of the consultancy is to introduce the digitized certification process on the Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) in alignment with the Bangladesh GAP Standards (BDS 2025:2023), across 15 pilot upazillas (and after successful pilot, making it usable for the all throughout the country). |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

a.
The firm must be a registered company/entity with a minimum of 10 (Ten) years of experience of Software Design, Development, Implementation and Post Implementation Support Services. (Please provide work completion certificate/proper document in favor of your claim)
b.
Must have updated Trade License, Tax Identification Number, Business Identification Number, Tax (IT and VAT) Clearance Certificate, Register of Join Stock & Companies (RJSC) Registration, JV Agreement (if applicable)
c.
Must have BASIS membership (Please submit the updated membership certificate)
d.
The firm must have ISO 9001:2015 and/ or 27001:2022 2022 Certified,
e.
CMMI-3 is preferred.
f.
The firm must have a minimum of 3 projects’ experience of developing web-based enterprise solution and Mobile Application with similar payment technology through Web, Android and iOS mobile within last 10 (Ten) years.
g.
Minimum 1 Web Application and Mobile Apps having features related to Certification system which is currently active.
h.
Project PDS and Completion certificate must be submitted.
i.
Having experience of developing Software Solution for any Government, Semi-government, Autonomous or donor funded agencies is preferred.
j.
Minimum average annual turnover must be BDT 30 (Thirty) Lakh in the last 3 (Three) years prior to deadline date for EOI submission (please submit the necessary document in this regard. For example, audited financial documents).
