INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
• The study is formulated with a view to develop hydrological, numerical & mathematical models through Survey and Data Collection, IoT sensors installation and maintenance service, pumping test and related activities to assess the state of surface water and groundwater resources in the North-West Hydrological Regions of Bangladesh.
• Survey, investigation, automation of Monitoring Wells and maintenance service, data collection and processing and Preparation of aquifer mapping, establishment of DSS (detail ToR of DSS will be provided in RFP document).
• Training and Capacity building

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. The Lead firm or JV (Joint Venture) consulting firm/firms must have at least 10 (ten) years of experience in Hydrological Investigation and Modeling and aquifer mapping.
2. a. For Project experience in hydrological modeling, whoever it is the Lead or JV (Joint Venture) consulting firm/firms, one of them or in combined must have completion experience certificate of at least 8 (eight) similar projects, and
b. among those projects, at least 03 (three) projects must be of GOB agency and
c. among the completion experience certificate must have one contract value of at least BDT 10 (ten) crore.
3. For Project experience in automation & sensor installation, the consulting firm/firms (prime or JV partner) must have experience of at least 02 (two) similar projects, among which at least 01 (one) project must be of GOB/semi- GOB/autonomous agency.
4. Must have audit report for the previous 03 (three) years and the audit report must reflect the average yearly turnover of the firm at least BDT 10 (ten) crore.
5. Must have minimum BDT 5 (five) crore as liquid assets (certificate or proof on availability of liquid assets or fund availability, must be issued 03 (three) months from the date of EOI submission by the concern authority)
6. Interested firms(s) may form Joint Venture, Consortium or Association (JVCA) with other local firms to enhance their qualification and experience. |

Constitutional documents of the firm(s)/JV, 5. Company brochure/profile covering company expertise, strength and experience, 6. Originals copies of liquid asset information issued by concerned authority, 7. Last 03 (three) years of audited financial reports, 8. At least 8 (eight) project completion certificate/testimonial in the field of hydrological modeling and at least 02 (two) project completion certificate/testimonial in similar automation & sensor installation projects., 9) List of Hydrological investigation and modeling and others required professionals along with their signed Curriculum Vitae (CV). |
