The objective of this assignment is to support the Government of Bangladesh in the supply, configure, implementation, piloting, and phased national roll-out of a comprehensive National Crash Data Management System, based on a suitable Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solution that will be used by all Government road safety stakeholders of Bangladesh. The Roads and Highways Department now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Service. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services
4. A Consultancy Firm will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS-International) method set out in the World Banks “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, November 2020” and based on the following criteria:
a) Core Business and Years in Business.
b) Relevant Experience: Applicants should demonstrate experience in similar assignments in last ten years.
