| Brief Description of Assignment |

Audit satellite health and ground station operation, and generate independent report in prescribed format.
16. Qualification and Experience:
Candidates meeting the following requirements are encouraged to apply:
• Minimum Educational Qualifications: M.Sc/PhD in Aerospace / Space / Mechanical / EEE /CSE/Relevent Engineering from UGC approved Bangladeshi Govt. University or within top 200 university of QS global ranking;
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the satellite industry (preferably in satellite operations);
• Minimum 5 years of experience as independent consultant in satellite industry;
• Excellent analytical and communications skills and ability to write clearly and concisely;
• At least 2 international publications in Tier1 journal in the satellite sector.
• At least 1 patent in satellite sector.
Scope of Work:
a. The Technical Adviser shall conduct 03 (three) technical audit, collect detailed data and submit 03 (three) “Operational Reports” as per given schedule. BSCL may change the schedule for performing the technical audit at its sole discretion and will inform the second party accordingly.
b. In addition, three preliminary informal reports (“Preliminary Reports”) are to be submitted prior to the release of the “Operational Reports.” These preliminary reports will be used internally within BSCL and by the Technical Adviser to finalize the “Operational Reports.”

i) Short listing will be made in accordance with the ‘Rule (PPR)-2025’
ii) EOI as well as attached forms/supporting documents shall be written in English.
iii) Two (2) signed copies of EOI along with 1 (one) original shall be submitted in a sealed envelope mentioning ‘Procurement of Individual Consultancy Service for Satellite Health Report Test’ on top of the sealed envelope and shall be submitted to the following address before above-mentioned date and time.
iv) EOIs submitted by consultants will be screened and consultants will be shortlisted. Only short-listed consultants will be invited to submit proposals. Interested applicants may obtain further information from the office mentioned below during the office hours (9:00 to 16:00 hours BST)
