| Brief Description of Assignment |

Expression of interest (EOI) is invited for appointment of consulting firm for Detailed Feasibility Study (DFS), Initial Environmental Examination (IEE), Environmental and Social Impact Assessment Study (ESIA), Route Survey (RS), Land Acquisition Plan (LAP) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) Studies for Electrification in Char Ashariadaha, Rajshahi.
The Assignment will include the following:
Detailed Feasibility Study (DFS); IEE; ESIA Study; Route Survey (RS), Land Acquisition Plan (LAP) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) of 33kV or 11 kV Distribution line to be used for Electrification of Char Ashariadaha. |

Applicant must have experience of Detailed Feasibility Study for Submarine Cable of Length at least 1.5 km (by HDD Method) including landing-station installation, 33kV or 11 kV River-crossing Tower, at least 10 MW Solar PV Power Plant Project with BESS (2MWh) with Initial Environmental Examination(IEE) and Environmental & Social Impact Assessment Study (ESIA) , Route Survey (RS), Land Acquisition Plan (LAP) and Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) for Transmission/Distribution Line of at least 8 km within last 10 years. |

The intending consulting firms may collect the “Detailed Terms of Reference” (ToR) as well as “EOI Document” from NESCO office by submitting an application to the Superintending Engineer, Project Planning, NESCO, Hetem Khan, Biddyut Bhaban, Rajshahi-6000, Bangladesh during office hours or by downloading from NESCO’s website: www.nesco.gov.bd ; ADB’s website: csrn.adb.org ;
The EOIs would be reviewed on the basis of the following:
(i) Age of Firm; (ii) Experience of the Firm in Similar Services; (iii)Availability of Key professionals; (iv) Availability of Resources; (v)Managerial Strength and Financial Capacity; (vi) Experience of the firm in other works
Any application submitted later than the specified time shall not be entertained. A short listed of Applicants will be made by evaluating the received applications in accordance with PPR-2025. RFP will be issued to the short listed firms only.
