2) Valid trade license, VAT/BIN & tax certificate (Not before FY 2024-2025).
3) Brochure/profile of the consulting firm summarizing their area of expertise and mentioning ongoing and completed projects.
4) Experience of the firm in similar tasks/assignments.
5) Overall diversified experience of the firm.
6) Availability of appropriate professionals
7) Audit Report in last 5 (five) five years.
8) The Firm should have minimum 20 (Twenty) years’ general experience in the field of architectural, engineering and others related services.
9) The firm must have specific experience from at least one project completed within the last ten years-involving the design and construction supervision of at least 10-storied academic building for a public or private university-with a minimum single contract value of BDT 3 crore.
