| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The objective of this assignment is to Upgradation, Operation and Maintenance of National Equipment Identity Register (NEIR) for BTRC. It is a central system for BTRC that will enable the authority to maintain proper access control of mobile devices and check the device data & cross match with NAID, CBVMP and allow/disallow the device to connect to the telecom network to facilitate users to get the facilities of the system like, registration, device blocking, complaint generation or any other requirement as mentioned in the term of reference document. |

1. Must submit valid Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation & updated income tax Certificate.
2. Must be a local company of having minimum eight (8) years of experience in Software development business in Bangladesh and Contractor Shall have Experience working with large-scale OLTP database with minimum 500 (five hundred) transactions per second. Contractor shall have at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ technology within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least 5 (five) million USD or equivalent currency. The required average annual turnover of the firm shall be at least of the amount of 01 (one) million USD or equivalent currency for best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years.
3. The firm must have BASIS membership certificate. At least five (5) software implementation experience in International or Government Organization. The firm shall have experience on delivery and support large-scale software application in government entities.
4. The firm should submit a brief description of the ?rm’s organization and outline of recent experience.
5. The firm shall provide three (03) years’ service maintenance and technical support. After that period, BTRC may extend the annual maintenance contract (AMC).
6. The ?rm must be pure Bangladeshi by registration and by 100% ownership. All updated documents (Schedule-x, Form-xii, Memorandum of Association & Article of Association etc.) received from the office of Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms should be submitted. |
