| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The Domain Specialist (FAMS and DMFAS) will have to support PD in monitoring, implementation, reporting and supervision of the project; assist PD to prepare EOI to select a Software Development Firm (SDF); provide guideline to SDF for design and development of FAMS, assist UNCTAD for installation and training of DMFAS 7.0. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
Master’s degree (minimum second class) in any discipline from a recognized university; at least 20 years of professional experience, preferably including service in a Government 1st Class position; proven experience as a Senior System Analyst or equivalent position, preferably within a Government organization; experience as a Database Administrator (DBA) of the Foreign Aid Management System (FAMS) or a similar system, experience as a DBA of the Debt Management and Financial Analysis System (DMFAS) or a similar system; Demonstrated experience in working with technical project implementation teams; and experience serving as a Systems Management Specialist. |
