| Brief Description of Assignment |

Scope of Services:
a) Responsible to Project Director, and respective Component Directors.
b) Conduct assessment and plan of the farmers participating in e-Voucher pilot to support additionally for adoption of CSA practices promoted by PARTNER project.
c) Plan and conduct training on CSA practices along with result framework of this project for capturing diversification, GAP adoption and implementation of efficient irrigation practices promoted by PARTNER project.
d) Preparation for CSA report.
e) Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Component Director or required to fulfill the services. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
Specific skills and Experience:
• Minimum 10 years in relevant field in government/autonomous/semi-autonomous/ private/ international organizations.
• About 05 years’ experience in promoting effective climate-resilient agricultural practices at farmers field throughout the country.
• Field level execution of CSA and/or GAP practices under donor funded agricultural projects will be an advantage.
• Having knowledge and/or experience in conducting relevant training under donor funded projects will be an advantage.
• Prominent level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to travel countrywide for field assignments.
• Proactive, self-starting and strong attention to detail.
• Advanced Computer & ICT literacy and skills (MS Office and other essential computer & ICT skills, etc.)
Educational Qualifications
• Minimum MS in Agricultural Science/Climate Change/Environmental Science/Natural Resources Management or related field.
• Advanced Degrees will be Preferred. |
