INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The main objective of hire incubation service provider firms to mentor and support 20,000 youth and women agro-entrepreneurs across Bangladesh under the PARTNER project. The firms will provide mentorship, business planning, legal and financial guidance, market linkages, and capacity-building services to help entrepreneurs transition from training to sustainable agribusiness operations, thereby boosting rural livelihoods, income, and job creation. | Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

a) TIN Certificate, VAT Registration/BIN Certificate, Valid Trade License (2024-25) must be included, Income Tax Certificate (2023-24), Proof of VAT Submission (july-2025) for the tendered service.
b) Audit Report (2023-24). Last annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount BDT. 1.00 (One) crore.
c)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line (s) of the Tenderer shall be BDT 40.00 [Forty lakh only] for each package
d)Financial solvency certificate from any schedule bank [last Six month]
e) A firm cannot participate in more than 2 (Two) packages. If participate more than 2 (two)
packages, the EOIs will be rejected.
f) The minimum number of years of general experience of Incubation Service/Advisory!
Services/ Business Development Services/ Training and Related Services shall be 05 (Five Years);
g) The minimum specific experience as Incubation Service/Advisory Services/ Business Development Services/ Training and Related Service provider. Total value of contract will be 3.50 Crore of last 4 years.
h) Having service providing experience in the target area will be given preference;
i) Required staff personnel (ISC and ISP) List (Name, NID, Years of Experience, Relevant
certificate) of personnel in the relevant districts and divisions. |
